The Georgia Student Media Festival is May 1st in Atlanta. 99 superior student projects from the Liberty County Student Media Festival will be scored at the festival. Projects earning a superior score a the state level festival will be invited to a special evening viewing of student projects and an awards ceremony the night of May 11th at the Liberty County Board of Education.
Last year, the event was very successful! Here is a picture from the 2008-2009 celebration.

I am excited about this year's Media Festival Celebration. I am also excited about the State Media Festival...it's been a really long time since I have gotten to go, and I have never been to it when it was at the GPTV station! Looking forward to it, girls!
